Just Food is building a new community farm on 125 acres of rich, productive Greenbelt land, once tilled by farm families who grew vegetables and grains, and raised farm animals. Sadly, this land has fallen into disuse, but we're working to revive it and build a new community and food security resource for all Ottawans.

We're going to bring back the farmers and inspire a whole new generation of sustainable growers and food producers.

But first we need to tend to the soil – the life source for all farming and food. We have undo decades worth of neglect to provide our farmers with the healthy soil they need.
