Since moving to our new farm site in Blackburn Hamlet in 2011, Just Food has been working to restore the location as a community hub for food and agriculture, integrating a working farm and educational programming with publicly accessible greenspace.

Now in our second year of delivering on-farm programs, we host a Start-Up Farm Program to support new farm businesses; partnerships with community non-profit groups to engage new Canadians, youth at risk and children on the farm; as well as permaculture plots and a beekeeper.

When: Sunday, September 21st, 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm
Where: Just Food Farm, 2389 Pepin Court. We are near Innes and Tauvette streets in Blackburn Hamlet. Meet outside the farmhouse.
Parking/transit: Parking is available along the laneway or on Pepin Court. Please do not park in front of the barn or garage. Bus routes 94 and 128 go by the farm.
Cost: Free. No registration required.
